Weingarten Rights

You have a legal right to union representation. You have a right to have a steward present in meetings that could lead to discipline or a change in your personal working conditions. If you are called into a meeting with management, say:

"If this discussion could in any way lead to my being disciplined or terminated, or affect my personal working conditions, I respectfully request that my union representation be present."
